About the role
The company is shifting its focus from compliance software to AI-first cybersecurity, and this role sits in the middle of that change. You would help build security products for defense contractors and the wider US defense industrial base, working as a product-minded generalist who moves fast and takes ownership with little supervision. The team works hybrid from New York.
What you'll do
- Build full-stack features, either for experimental new products or for foundational platform infrastructure
- Carry features through every stage, from scoping and design to shipping and refinement, stepping into product management when needed
- Work in Rails, GraphQL, React, and TypeScript, with room to use Rust or Node.js for defense products
- Iterate quickly alongside designers, PMs, and fellow engineers without letting the quality bar slip
- Mentor other engineers and help shape the team's culture
