About the role
This senior technical PM owns product areas end to end at a mortgage software company built around AI, working next to a strong engineering team and talking with customers constantly. It is not a backlog-grooming job: you make real calls about what gets built. With engineering set to more than double this year, you would help define new specialized pods in a market worth trillions of dollars. It is an individual-contributor role open to US-based candidates.
What you'll do
- Run a pod's full cycle: discovery with lending and operations customers, roadmap, delivery, and post-release iteration
- Connect design, engineering, and the business side, distilling what customers need into precise specs and technical choices
- Build quick prototypes yourself using AI-assisted coding so engineering starts from something concrete
- Set success metrics for each initiative and keep iterating until the results land
- Help the customer success and sales teams with positioning, and influence deals in your product area
What they're looking for
- 5 to 10 years of product management or closely related work, such as forward-deployed engineering
- Experience shipping at an early or growth-stage B2B SaaS company with limited resources
- A true 0-to-1 launch on your record, a brand-new product or feature rather than backlog iteration
- Technical depth to build prototypes with AI tools, navigate code, and hold your own in architecture debates
- US-based and able to work here with no need for sponsorship; an IC role with no direct reports

- Prior experience as a startup founder is a strong plus
