You would join as one of the first few engineers, partnering daily with the CTO while owning whole product areas end to end and acting as your own product manager, designer, and engineer. Demand is outrunning engineering capacity, with signed revenue waiting on new features, so your code moves the business directly. What you'll do
- Own features completely, deciding what to build and how it should feel, then implementing the backend and shipping it
- Design backend services that power the AI care platform and scale them as usage grows
- Work with the CTO every day on architecture and delivery as customer demand climbs
- Spend about half your time coding and half shaping product direction, leaning on AI tools to get more done
