About the role
You would join an early-stage team building the systems behind an AI platform for the insurance industry, shipping critical features used daily by thousands of people across agencies and brokerages. A core part of the work is building AI workers that run entire insurance processes on their own, alongside features across the full stack. The team wants people with high ownership, strong growth potential, and a knack for cracking hard technical problems, in a high-energy, in-office culture.
What you'll do
- Build and improve AI agents that run entire insurance processes on their own
- Take new features from idea to launch across UI, services, APIs, and infrastructure
- Partner with customers to shape solutions around how their businesses actually operate
- Harden core systems such as compute and AI infrastructure, background job processing, monitoring, and operations
- Work with go-to-market colleagues to translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap
