About the role
The company wants an AI engineer with strong product instincts to join a small team that prototypes and launches new AI products in close partnership with the COO and CTO. You would move quickly from proofs of concept to production LLM pipelines, including agents that answer analytical questions about a business's customers and campaigns. Prior LLM experience is not required; strong backend architecture skills, product intuition, and real curiosity about applied AI matter most.
What you'll do
- Build fast proofs of concept that test how far AI can go inside marketing and data work
- Prototype fresh product concepts quickly and launch the ones that could become major product lines
- Choose the models, frameworks, and architecture behind new AI features
- Evaluate where different LLMs perform well in the product and where they fall short
- Put data agents into production that use a company's own data to answer questions about its users and marketing
- Study user workflows closely to design natural AI-assisted experiences
