JD — the work
About the role
A post-sales role running the technical rollout of indirect tax and e-invoicing integrations for enterprise clients. You would work directly with the engineers on each client's side to carry projects from kickoff to launch in more than 100 countries, as part of a growing implementation team. It suits someone who enjoys hands-on API work as much as managing stakeholders. The role is hybrid in New York or San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Own client onboarding end to end, from requirements and solution design to launch and post-launch hypercare
- Debug and build integrations with client engineers using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and field mappings
- Convert each country's indirect tax and e-invoicing rules into integration designs that scale
- Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders, run project syncs, and visit clients on-site when needed
- Channel feature requests and organized feedback from client projects back to the teams that build the product
What they're looking for
- 3 to 6 years of experience in technical implementation or solutions roles
- Hands-on skill with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and data mapping
- Ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders through complex projects
- Comfort troubleshooting live integrations side by side with a client's engineers
