JD — the work
About the role
You would own the technical rollout for each enterprise property-management customer, guiding each one from the moment sales hands it over, through scoping, setup, and testing, to launch. The work is hands-on with APIs, integrations, and data migration, while coordinating closely with sales, customer success, and engagement managers. You would run several implementations at once, feed what you learn back to product and engineering, and travel to customer sites about a quarter of the time. The role is on-site in New York, Texas, or San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise rollouts for property-management clients from contract handoff to go-live
- Gather requirements, document how each customer operates, and build a tailored rollout plan
- Coordinate with sales, customer success, and engagement managers for a smooth customer experience
- Handle several rollouts in parallel across different product lines
- Manage integrations, spot trends in customer data, and ensure clean migration into the platform
- Act as the customer's advocate internally, turning rollout lessons into clear input for the teams building the product
- Create reusable onboarding guides and config templates, and hand finished rollouts to post-launch specialists
What they're looking for
- 3 to 7 years in implementation, solutions, or account-facing technical roles
- Ownership of end-to-end technical rollouts for enterprise SaaS customers
- Fluency with APIs, integrations between systems, and heavily configurable software
- History of landing launches with many stakeholders and moving parts
- Willingness to travel about 25% of the time
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment
- Background implementing CRM systems for customers
- A path from consulting into product management, backed by solid technical skills
