About the role
You would join the web team to bring one of the company's fastest-growing mobile products, a collectibles and trading card app, to the browser, owning the full web stack along with internal tools and dashboards. The first milestone is a web version built on existing backend systems within three to six months, and the standards you set will guide later Android and web releases. It is a chance to open new revenue and growth channels. The role is on-site in San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Lay the foundations and conventions that later web and Android products will follow
- Ship the web version of the collectibles app on existing backend infrastructure in three to six months
- Define the team's React best practices, with possible React Native work
- Own internal tools and the company dashboard so the team moves faster and decides with data
- Work with backend engineers on API design, data models, and app performance
- Polish UX with animation, small interactive details, and responsive layouts that feel like a native app

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong skills in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Experience owning a web stack end to end, including internal tools
- A sharp eye for UX detail and interaction design
- Comfort shaping API contracts and data schemas with backend partners
