About the role
You would own several of the company's biggest product bets from start to finish, such as its audit product, its ML agent platform, and verticals not yet launched. There is no roadmap waiting for you; you write it. The ideal person has worked close enough to engineering to understand the technical choices a team is making, and can connect accounting workflows, model behavior, and customer value. The role is on-site in New York.
What you'll do
- Lead strategy and delivery for at least one large product area, from choosing problems to production launch
- Convert accounting workflows and customer needs into detailed specs and agent behavior that engineering can implement
- Partner with accounting specialists, prompt designers, and ML engineers to decide how agents behave and when humans step in
- Prototype and test ideas with users early, before engineering commits to a build
- Prioritize with clear tradeoffs across revenue, customer value, model quality, and engineering effort
What they're looking for
- Roughly 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven history shipping technical AI or B2B SaaS products
- Past closeness to engineering work, enough to understand your team's technical decisions
- Reasoning from first principles, a builder mindset, and real intellectual curiosity
