About the role
This product role sits on an internal team exploring how a company should operate once AI agents handle a growing share of its knowledge work, using the company itself as the proving ground. Made up of builders, engineers, and former founders, the team embeds with other groups to build AI into their daily workflows. It already runs agents in production that commit code, keep internal knowledge accurate, and fix failing services, and it is now working toward fully automated loops that take on entire jobs. The team is well resourced and has a clear mandate.
What you'll do
- Ship internal agents that take over engineering tasks, knowledge upkeep, and complete job functions
- Own how context is structured and managed, deciding what counts as the source of truth and keeping docs accurate
- Build integrations and MCP servers so agents company-wide can use internal tools
- Write evaluation suites and watch agent runs closely, iterating until performance improves
- Prototype new tooling, operating models, and human-agent workflows as the company grows very quickly
What they're looking for
- Roughly 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven history shipping technical AI or B2B SaaS products
- Reasoning from first principles, plus a builder's mindset
- Enthusiasm for working hands-on with coding agents every day
